It’s the festival of legendary dramatic story of lord Krishna and demon Kansa (from birth to king ceremony and killing of demon Kansa). The festival is considered the largest open air festival of the world and recorded in Guinness Book of World Records). In the festival two villages are involved in this mega festival for 11 days. Each day is the different chapter of that legend and live story displayed by the villagers.
Dhanyu Yatra (Bow Festival) located at Bargarh -western part of Odisha (Orissa), Nearest airport is Raipur (300km). The Connected with Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bhopal & Bhubaneswar (340km). The Nearest railway station is Bargarh (4km from city centre), main railhead at Sambalpur (40km). It connects the all weather motor able road to the major cities of India.
